Annual Trek to Riley's Farm!

So, we made it to Riley's Farm this year and it was a different experience. It was HOT! Usually, we have cold and wet conditions, but not so this year. I was so unprepared...I forgot to bring a hat for Logan's head, hence the nursing cover decorating Jason's chest. We went with our friends, the Silagyi's, Moore's and Livingston's, but lame us never took pictures with any of them. As always, we had a great time getting our pumpkin, pressing our own cider and visiting with Great Aunt Bea. Can't wait

Monster Party!!!!

So, while my family was in town, we decided to have a Mad Monster Party! This involved watching the claymation movie, "Mad Monster Party," going to the pumpkin patch in LaVerne, which is a tradition for my brother Jeremy and his family, making caramel apples and decorating sugar cookies. It was quite the event and we all got a kick out of Kamryn who kept running around yelling, "Monster Party!" It was really the way she said it.....classic! Get ready for lots of pictures!

A Baptism and some time with the family....

This good looking fella right here....the man of the hour. My nephew was baptized a couple weeks ago. It was such a wonderful day and I'm grateful I was able to be there to witness it. He is an amazing kid and one of Kamryn's best friends. Lovin' the suit!

Logan's firsts at 5 months

Logan has tried some new things this month that he loves. First, the jumperoo that our friend is letting us borrow. He LOVES it and gets a kick out of jumping. Second, he started on rice cereal and he is doing well. He has also tried Sweet Potato and loves it. How adorable is this kid???

Gotta Love Uncle!

A little over a week ago, my younger brother, Aaron came to visit. He was on a business trip close by so he came over one night and brought us dinner. He and Kamryn were able to spend some quality time together and we loved having him over. We're excited that he and his wife are moving down to Cali soon so we'll get to see them a lot more often.

"Saying Goodbye is never an easy thing...."

...especially when you are attacked by a handful of primary children and loads of little stickers. :-) But I enjoyed every moment of the attention. One of the hardest parts about moving was leaving my ward. I loved my calling in primary and loved all of the wonderful friends I had made in that ward. I'll be back for a visit soon!!

Precious Moments

I figured it was high time I jump back on to the blogging band wagon and catch you up on the latest happenings of our family. We moved into our new home. That's pretty much our latest happenings. Our children have also grown and our cuter than ever so I thought I would post pictures that I took of Kamryn and Logan last month. So, Logan at 4 months and Kamryn is now 3. Such blessings in my life! Just a quick update for myself....at 4 months Logan started to roll both directions and now he rolls all over the place. I also think he's beginning to teeth because he is quite the drooler and bites on everything you put in his hands. Kamryn is 3 and still refuses to be potty trained. I have tried EVERYTHING...not even Disneyland can get this girl on the potty...and she loves Disneyland. So, now I'm just acting like I don't care she is in a diaper and I'm hoping that reverse psychology will work. She really has quite the spunky attitude and definitely has a mind of her own. Her loves are books, playing with her fake food and tea set, watching any disney movie, and acting like a puppy. Oh, she's also quite the singer too. :-)

Best Buds!

One of Jason's best friends, Jarom, came out last month for a visit and came by to see us. So, thought I'd throw these couple of pictures up here. The first one is Jarom's son, Bryson, chilling in Logan's swing. You may be thinking he's too big for a baby swing, but he's still under the weight limit. Anyway, we enjoyed having them come for a visit.

Don't call the cell phones...

So, yes, it has been awhile since we have posted. That would be due to the move into our new home. Also due to the move, we have not set up our land line service yet because we are trying to get out of our current contract and it's taking time. So, all we have is our cell phones which are quickly running out of minutes. So, if you would like to contact us either text, email, or send a message through facebook. Hopefully we'll have our land line issues resolved soon.
