The most magical place on earth!

Kamryn's reward for learning how to use the potty was a trip to Disneyland and thanks to some good friends who signed us in, we were able to finally give her this well-deserved reward. It was Logan's first time, which was fun and it was also fun that Jason was able to take off work and come with us. We had a fabulous time!!
Kamryn was shy meeting all the characters, but after meeting them it was all she could talk about.

This kid , when he wasn't grabbing onto one of us for dear life during the ride, had a smile all day!

This was my favorite shot of the day. Kamryn said she wanted to go on the "spaceships" so Jason took her. It was her first time on the Rockets and she loved it! Her face is priceless!

Kamryn is in primary! Our primary gives a Book of Mormon to each new sunbeam and Kamryn couldn't get enough of it. They come in a cute carrying case, but she didn't care so much about that as she did the book itself. She loves to hear the Book of Mormon stories and I can't wait until she learns to read so we can really read them together. :-)

What I was dealing with for about two weeks....

Pink eye, colds, ear infections, high fever.....we had it all. (Except puking, thank goodness and knock on wood).

Christmas in the Desert!

We spent Christmas in Arizona this year with my brother's family, my Mom and my younger brother, Aaron and his wife. It was a much needed vacation and I loved spending so much time with my family. As you can see, everyone wanted to get a turn holding Logan. Can you blame them?

Christmastime is Here

So, I'm a little behind with the Christmas posts, but better late than never. Every year, a bunch of our friends go to Thoroughbred to see some amazing Christmas lights. This is a tradition for a lot of people that live up in our area and we are no exception. They never get old and I love seeing them every year.

It's a rare moment when Kamryn wears one of these babies. Don't need them too often in beautiful Sunny SoCal!
These next two pictures are for my brothers and I to enjoy. It wasn't the greatest season for USC, but they'll bring it back. As long as Pete Carroll is the coach, I have faith in them....and the Lakers, well, they're the Lakers. Bring on a "Back to Back" baby!!!

Captain EO Returns!!

Is anyone else as excited as I am that Captain EO is returning to Disneyland? I hope they keep it there for a long time. I'll be first in line.

Thanksgiving

So, I really didn't take many pictures on Thanksgiving Day because Logan was extremely cranky (very not like him) and I spent most the time trying to keep him happy which meant mostly holding him. It was my first cold Thanksgiving Dinner ever. Kamryn always napped through the Thanksgiving dinners when she was young, which was nice. Logan, not so much. Anyhow, we had Thanksgiving at my sister's husband's parents house. Get that? We are good friends with his family so we all got together and what dinner I did get to have was delicious. It was just nice to be with family that day. I'm looking forward to Christmas and more family time.

It was a gorgeous day and a great day to let the kids play outside. :-)
