Logan's Baby Blessing

The last day of the reunion, we decided to have Logan blessed since all of Jason's family was there. My Mom, my brother Aaron and his wife, and my sister Karrin with her family were also able to make it. Jason's sister Michele surprised us with a whole mini sacrament meeting. Jason's Dad spoke, we had the sacrament served by the Aaronic priesthood in the family and after Logan's blessing a few members of both sides of the family bore their testimonies. It was such a special day. The only downfall to the day was the lack of pictures. It was the last time in the hotel so when the service ended, everyone had to hurry and get changed and checked out. And the few pictures we got didn't turn out. But here they are anyway. **And thanks to Grandma Riley who made Logan's blessing outfit. I'm going to take more pictures of him in it and post it later. It is adorable.**

I love this picture. The oldest cousin (who is about to go on a mission) with the youngest cousin. Love you Garrett! :-)

A missing photo

Somehow, this picture got left out of the last post. These are all the cousins at the Air Force Base. Aren't they all so cute??? Gotta love Kamryn's smile......

Riley Reunion, Part II

Before I post pictures of the next activity, I should mention that Jason's oldest sister, Kristyn, put together an awesome slideshow of pictures of all the family and we watched it the first night we were together. She did an amazing job and I hope we watch it and add to it every year.

So, the next day we were supposed to go to the "This is the Place" Monument park but the weather was not cooperating so we made a last minute change and headed over to the Air Force Museum. It did not disappoint.

Riley Reunion, Part 1

So, I'm finally getting around to posting some pictures from Jason's Family Reunion that we attended last week. His oldest sister, Kristyn, planned it and did a great job. Everyone had such a great time. The first day we headed up to the Ogden Treehouse Museum and as you can tell, it was quite the hands on experience. :-)
I always knew I would be the first woman president.

You think that with her love of playing with food, she would eat more than she does.

Tiff and I weren't sure whether we thought this was sweet, or just plain creepy. Probably the latter.

That's my girl. Loves the horses like her Mommy!

First Haircut

Kamryn is almost three, but it was just a couple weeks ago that we took Kamryn to get her first haircut. I love her long hair and didn't want to touch it, plus I was never sure how well she would do with a stranger taking scissors to her hair, but I figured her hair at least needed a trim since it wasn't very even. So, we took her and it didn't go as bad as I thought it would.
The fun car helped......

and of course, the lollipop.....

the finished product. I realize it doesn't look different, but at least it's all even. Oh, and for just $19 I could have had the First Haircut Certificate! I wonder if the certificate was made of gold. Geez....
